The Crazy Cart Championship will be coming to the iconic Snetterton Circuit on 25/26 May 2024. This unique event, which has brought an additional layer of excitement to the BTCC last season, is set to display two fun and action-packed races after BTCC qualifying.
Initiated as a venture by Nick Halstead – supported by manufacturer Razor and courtesy of the Crazy Cart XL – the championship has gradually been drawing attention across the BTCC race weekends. These adult-sized carts, fitted with a single motor, four casters, and a specialised handle for multidirectional drifting, have presented an entertaining spectacle, allowing fans to see their favourite BTCC drivers out of their typical racing environments.
Fans in attendance can look forward to an evening of fun competition, hosted at Snetterton Circuit. This event guarantees a lighthearted addition to the action-packed finale weekend.
“The Crazy Cart Championship was born out of a simple desire: to give fans an opportunity to see the BTCC drivers in a lighthearted and exciting new competition,” said Halstead. “Collaborating with Razor and receiving immense support from the race circuits has allowed us to gradually elevate this event, creating a fun-filled racing spectacle that complements the intensity of the BTCC.”
